Welcome to the Tate community!

The Tate Homeowners’ Association is administered by our HOA Board and Standing Committees. If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact the Chair. To learn more about each committee, visit the committee page on the website, and consult The Tate Homeowners Guide, pages 24-28.

The Tate Social Committee plans social gatherings and special events for residents of The Tate. Attending these activities, or joining other groups listed below, is a good way to become a part of our community. Recurring Committee Events include:

  • FRIDAY AT FIVE: A social hour is held the third Friday of each month in the Laurel Fisher Gallery (LFG) from 5 to 6 pm. Attendees bring their beverage. If you wish to bring an appetizer to share, please sign up on the bulletin board the week of the event.
  • NEW YEAR’S DAY BRUNCH: This open house is held in a resident’s unit. Look for an announcement on the bulletin board or in our Google Group email.
  • JULY FOURTH ICE CREAM SOCIAL: Typically held on the Second Floor Terrace, this event features ice cream and toppings, served by the committee between 1 and 2pm.
  • FALL POTLUCK: Celebrating the beginning of autumn, this event is held on the Second Floor Terrace, weather permitting. Residents sign up to bring a dish. Details are posted on the bulletin board.
