Uptown living, Downtown convenience
The Tate is a 46-unit, mid-rise condominium in downtown Eugene, Oregon. Completed in 2006, the elegant post-tension concrete and brick-veneer building was developed by six forward-looking women who dreamed of urban living in a community of like-minded neighbors.
