Access to The Tate Security Cameras

To view the video from our security cameras, you are required to install an app on your smart phone, smart device, and/or personal computer. You have the choice of two ACS apps:

• ACS Pro APP (View Only) – allows you to see the video recordings around the building in real time. The ACS Edge APP does not require training to use. If it is necessary to view recorded video from the past, our service contract with Valley Tel Services includes review of previously recorded video. Valley Tel Services will provide video clips as requested. The ACS Edge APP is recommended for most Tate residents to view the cameras.
• ACS Pro APP (View and Recordings) – allows you to see video recordings around the building in real time. The ACS Pro APP also allows you to review recordings that have been saved to the server. The ACS Pro APP will require training of the user by The Tate Building Committee.
